I worked for Accenture to help our Client develop a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and based on the new EVP; I was tasked with researching and auditing externally and internally how our client could make the new EVP come to life for its employees. I was also a part of our creative team when developing new experiences for current employees and modernizing current recruiting experiences with the updated EVP branding. I also used my design background to develop quick ideas during brainstorming and feedback sessions.
