I worked with Accenture to help our client develop a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP). On the new EVP, I was tasked with researching and auditing externally and internally how our client could make the new EVP come to life for its employees. I was also a part of our creative team when developing new experiences for current employees and modernizing current recruiting experiences with the updated EVP branding. I also used my design background to create quick ideas during brainstorming and feedback sessions.

Leon County Clerk of Court | Tallahassee, Floirda
Over the two summers I spent at the Court's office, I modernized the Clerk's public-facing website and developed analytics and network diagnosing skills. At the end of my internship, I completed a complete knowledge transfer of all the features in the website builder used to update the Clerk's website. Note: A referral from the Clerk is available upon request.
